Posting this as it might help someone. I queued up as normal and wasn't able to enter the discount code. I then clicked on the "Find Tickets" in the email titled "Electric Picnic 2025 Loyalty Offer Code" this opened a new tab and I was first in the queue thankfully again and the box to enter the discount code was there no problem. Got sorted with tickets.

The app is shocking, just doesn't work at all? Logged into my laptop and belated in the queue now. I should not have initially ignored my millennial urge to get the laptop out for important jobs!!

I had clicked find tickets in the first tab, maybe that makes a difference. Are you using the same browser.

I keep getting "Something went wrong with the connection", although in fairness one try resulted in getting all the way to end of the Q, only to get the "No tickets available". Such fun.

Forgot about the queue thanks to work, opened the phone and had to refresh. Brought me straight to the unlock page and got two tickets, can't complain about that after being 7500th in the queue for the installment plan

I was on the laptop with queues etc

But had to leave and now just on the phone. Are you just meant to keep clicking find tickets until something happens. It says nothing about queues

Doesn't work for me either. Brings me to the standard site and a huge queue.

joined waiting room around 08:40, i am still In the q. Have loyalty 3+ code, but, still at 5,000 odd, at 10:04, so got someone else to buy me the standard tickets.

Have never seen it go so slow, but am in at least, must be savage demand, thats the only explanation

Went through link in loyalty e-mail on mobile to get into lobby at 8.55. It automatically refreshed and put me in at 9,580. When my turn came up I got the box for 3+ loyalty code and had my tickets at 9.45. I had a woeful time once trying to get a different presale not realising you’ve to go through e-mail link into a browser.

It's knocked me out of the que at around 11,000 now can't rejoin the que, nothing happening when I hit join the que...ffs

Yeah but any idea on how much is taken each time ?
