Hi, i had to ring a UK government dept today but only got as far as listening to some music while the robotic sounding man apologised for the delay as there was a queue, my question is, does anyone know the price per minute of a call from a mobile to England (on Tesco mobile), and will i be charged for the duration of the…

Your call was answered so you will be charged. Tesco Mobile or any other network cannot distinguish between you listening to recorded messages, music on hold or talking to someone.
