Is there a known delay with receiving Medical Cards at the moment?

I received correspondence re - my Medical Card online after renewing my card. I am being issued with a GP Visit Card. I received correspondence in mid July and still haven't received my card. Anyone else in the same boat? Thank you

Your GP will have updated details so you won't require a physical card if you need to visit your GP, it can take a few weeks for physical card to be sent out
