How long does delivery take after customs get their slice of cake

5 days since I paid the customs charge. an post tracking hasn't budged an inch. just wondering if anyone has any experience and if they are normally this slow? they sent me a postcard reminder to pay the charge today though🤣 but at least tracking has charge marked as paid

I normally get the parcel a day or so after paying customs.
