Cheapest Sim only network?

    I have a burner phone, for my criminal enterprises :)

    Im looking for the cheapest way to keep a sim alive. I dont need to make calls on it, just keep the number active until I eventually want to use the number in a few years for calls and internet etc, but for the moment its just a spare. Its currently with 3.

    Anyone know which network and what it will cost me to pay just enough to keep this number active until i need to use it?
