Issue with HKC remote access 24/06

There is an ongoing issue on the HKC side that started last night and means access through the app is not working. Customer care (01 456 7077) expect the issue to be fixed by the end of today. It would be nice if they had a portal or something to advise of these issues or sent out emails.

It didn't just start night, it was happening midweek on and off for me. It just seemed to implode fully last night. Zero communication and I'm not having the excuse of an engineer code work around.
