Hosting foreign students

Thinking of hosting 2/3 foreign students for summer or even Erasmus form Sept - Dec….anyone advice ?

If I take 2 are they allowed share a room?
Is it taxable income and roughly how much is it per week?

Presumably the issue of sharing a room would depend on the school/college policy?

some language schools are actively looking for host families, best to get in touch with them directly. not taxable if you earn upto 14k a year

thanks do you have to do at least 28 day continuous or can you just be host for 2 weeks in one year?

You can do whatever you like. You don't have to let to students for 28 days continuously.

My friend does it and you wouldnt be getting fat on it.
