Crack fix

    Could I get some opinion on what I need to fill in this on an external wall.

    Planning on cleaning out the crack but what's best to fill it back in?

    A small tub of exterior polyfilla should do the job.

    Exterior Toupret too, that's a good one.

    It has been repaired a few times already, you can tell by the way its flatter around the crack.

    I'd track open the crack with a diamond disk on an angle grinder and go in about half the plaster depth. Then feed in a sand/cement mix into it and finish it off with a damp sponge.

    Might be a bit OTT for this sort of repair but I've had great success in patch repairs of concrete and render by using SBR primer to ensure a good bond. If the moisture is sucked out of whatever filler you use it won't be a permanent repair.

    the reason that cracks re appear is movement,so any solid filler you use will crack again in time,i used isapon car body filler on a crack 11 years ago,has not cracked since,

    You've got good advice regarding the wall.

    I'd use a paintable silicone on the window-sil crack and check for any entry points for water above the sil.
