We score quite easily when we actually put phases together.

Lovely deft hands from Coombes. Again.

Yeah maybe it's a new interpretation but the first time I've seen it interpreted as such.

Happy enough with that first half. They played the low sun excellently, Haley and Crowley spilled the ball a few times which made it hard to get our game going. Played a match in it at this time the other day and it's a nightmare seeing the ball, Haley is normally very solid.

When we get our game going we're making serious metres so hoping we push on this half

Pack have had a good game. Scannell and Loughman busy, Jager really powerful in the carry. Whycherly has had some good ruck contributions. Kendellan abrasive in D, O'Donoghue operating well in space, Coombes his usual self.

Backs have mixed the great and the awful.

A bit of accuracy in the aerial game and a bit tighter on our ruck security and we could easily get a TBP win. Hopefully Wig let's fly at half time.

Edinburgh playing the sun perfectly, ref (TMO) missing a few high & dangerous tackles.

Munster are a bit error prone but we scored two good tries.

Happy with halftime score but Munster need to improve their error count and ref needs to ref.

I see the usual saddos are in throwing shite to see what sticks. Pack are making inroads when they carry tight. Need a bit more of that. Bench should hopefully give us a big boost too.

Be shocked if Munster don't win from here. They make inroads pretty easily once they can hold onto the ball.

Sounds like a great atmosphere there.

Get the error rate down and it’ll be a handy win

Well, that was a bit easy

Good move but embarrassing defence from embra

That was surely a penalty to Edinburgh from that ruck but before that I thought Edinburgh could have t penalised. Breakdown very scrappy

Feck ya Snyman! That was almost glorious

How are you meant to roll away there ?

Edinburgh lying on the wrong side in the first half & not pinged. But Munster get done for it.

    Ref a bit inconsistent today

    Great shift from Jager.

Edinburgh keeping us in this, taking 3 points for all their kickable penalties

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2, Paid Member Posts: 26,555 ✭✭✭✭phog

50 mins in, ref decides to ref the breakdown

    Thats a terrible call

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,723 ✭✭✭theVersatile

Actually agree with that. Snyman makes the tackle (arguably needless but ref says he's committed) and the next four players in are all Edinburgh

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,281 ✭✭✭Eoinbmw

THe no 8 finally gets pinged but in the wrong lol

How on earth is that a penalty to Munster?

How many times have we seen Scannell tap and Coombes score on 2nd phase… evergreen.

It's a terrible call. Snyman could have backed out of the tackle.

Good lord. That is awful refereeing.

He was committed to contact, not convinced he was committed to taking him down and falling on him. Mostly think that was a bit of shithousery, but I expected a bit of a warning and play on.

Snyman was definitely late. I think the ref got that wrong. Loads of time to pull out of it.
