Is there a way to perform a hard reset on a Saorview Connect PowerPoint TV Box ?

    Does anyone know how to perform a hard reset on a Saorview Connect PowerPoint TV Box ?

    I have tried the Factory reset in the software, but now I can't even get the box to even come on… it's as if it's dead… I said I would reach out for one last hope that their might be a pint reset or something… under the box there is an embossed hollowed-out area revealing some PCB board…. but it doesn't say the word "reset" anywhere and I'm not even sure if it was that area, what to press.

    Has anyone had a similar issue… ? Is a hard reset even possible…?
