Just been informed by my good friend April Firth (she knows the lads through friends) that their show is finishing up on Friday with a last show with many guests taking part. She tells me you'd be a fool to miss it.

It's expected to be confirmed after 12pm today but April said I should tell you guys all first for the day that's in it.

I know a well connected insider who tells me they’re moving to a prime late night weekday talk show spot on NBC Co-hosting with Tubbs. He’ll be tackling the heavyweight interviews with politicians and movers and shakers while the Johnnies will take on the lighter side interviewing fellow comedians and actors and musicians etc.

Seems a bit sudden? 2FM only recently launched a new ad campaign featuring them, so surprised to see them now go.

What's going on at 2FM…The 2 Johnnies, Doireann Garrihy and possibly Jennifer Zamperelli all gone in recent weeks. None are a particular loss, but the worry is their replacements will be worse.

That'd be Ireland for you. I can't see it happening at all though. He comes with way too much baggage. You can imagine if there were anything else that comes out of the closet and he is back in RTE. I'd say there is as much chance of Dee Fobres appearing in front of the PAC as there is of Tubridy making a return.
