12 month baking challenge.

Think I will try a no knead bread or similar next. Need an excuse to buy a Dutch oven or similar from Le Crueset!

Missed this. Made some more today as had some over ripe bananas to hand. Came out well. You can see my last one had the slightest line of dough at the base that didn’t seem to cook.

Not sure what I did different but I took more care to use a decent spoon of baking powder and to have the oven to temp.

Month 2 February - Ciabatta loaves

Having tried and not been happy with a few no knead breads I changed it up!

Followed the below receipe! Very happy with the first try!

Added some Chocolate chips last day but not enough to notice! Will fire in a full bag next time!

April- Donuts

Second attempt following that. They look better than they are. Not “light” like you want a donut to be. Experimented a bit with cooking times. Less time the better I think.
