Jeez how much rain fell last night. Everywhere absolutely soaked here again. It was drying out nicely over weekend but back to sq one again. Very cold again today also with a northerly breeze.

Very heavy rain as well last night here in Laytrim.Disappointing as land was the driest it has been in months but last night will have taken a toll on wet land.

Last February was one of the driest on record IIRC, and didn't do us much good in the longer run. Isn't there some kind of saying that a good February is a friend to no other month?

Today and yesterday are miserable. Hard to motivate yourself to do anything. Heavy showers with a mixture of "wet" misty fog that'd stick to you.

Hope you're right. Just fed up of it since last summer, slurry building with not many places to go with it as well

I have never seen the land as wet as it is today. Pools of water everywhere where I never saw water before. Have bales in a field that I have t a hope of getting into. Pity this weekend was given frost a week ago but that’s long gone. This wet missed ale weather looks set to last for a while

Woke to snow covering this morning

It hasn't stuck, cleared up nicely cold wind tho, then the sky turns black & a better of a hailstone shower for 10mins

Went to free a blocked gullet....places are moving

Never heard the expression “places are moving wet”, and now twice in two posts.

Had to go into a semi grazed field this morning with tractor and couldn't go back the way I came, tried with loader previously and didn't get a few feet passed the gap. Rain and sleet showers all day. Hope that the rest of the year makes up for all this

We've been up at 5am most mornings over the last few weeks (loading cattle for the factory) and I noticed on Friday that the dickie birds were singing at 5.30.

    Summer is coming 🌞

I hope you're right base....we could do with a bit of nice weather I'm getting fed up with the rain 🌧

We'll be back to the dark again soon when clocks go forward, I always think they change about 2 weeks too early

A good fall of snow this morning.

Theres a north wind that would shave you and showers of hail but no frost or snow. Hard weather on any beast that's outside

    No flies around this morning...

Won’t be a loss on them I’ve a few out since one got injured in the shed. Not a loss on them this morning. A shake of meal under the fence and no bother.

Cold morning here. Left the cows out last night. No rain forecasted, up at 2am with cows calving and it was raining with sleet, bitter cold breeze.
