Tracker mortgage moved from UB to AIB - online banking can't seem to edit or overpay

As per the title, I had a tracker mortgage with Ulster Bank and was easily able to overpay whenever I was able to. Since the move to AIB I can see the mortgage details in my online banking but I cannot edit the account name nor transfer funds into it. I've called AIB about this and got some half hearted response from a tech person that they were still 'fully migrating' the UB accounts. I don't understand this, surely they've had enough time now to 'migrate' the accounts.

Anyone in the same position, have you got a fully functional mortgage account in your online banking since the move over?

Anytime i overpay i fill out the overpayment form on the link below and email it to them. Although the website does say you can overpay online.

So you just fill out the form, email it to them and they do the transfer? Any specific email address that you use? Thanks again, seems weird having to do it this way but at least it's an option.

Yes the email is on the bottom of the link i sent they just automatically take the money out then for the transfer

Am I right looking at that form that you need an aib account to transfer money into the mortgage ac otherwise you have to send a cheque/draft?
