Cafe M in Moneen or Tara cafe in SuperValu centre are my go to places. The Thunder road cafe on the Main Street is also decent.

An honest fry, busy too which is a good sign

The Tara Cafe is by far the best IMO, but Cafe M is a good honest breakfast too.
