Latest Post etc. tabs not appearing.

    This isn't a big problem really but the tabs at the top of the page that should say 'Latest Posts', 'My Forums', 'My Threads' and 'Trending' are apparently permanently hidden behind the banner. I'm just curious if it's something odd about my display or if other people are seeing the same thing. Picture below...
