log book damaged

    this is in regard to my father in laws log book, don't even ask me how this happened, like if one tried to do this in such an @rse of a way they couldn't do it, when he handed me the log book, I was like what in the fook happened with this, he had no clue

    anyway looks like below, with half the bloody back page ripped out.

    Am i essentially going to have to fill out an RF134 form and go to a garda station etc

    or is there such a thing as mailing the motor tax office with the pic below and nothing blurred out and they send on one
