    Deserved goal. Rashford was central to it. It will be interesting to see will Villa go for the third or defend the lead.

    Villa have been very sloppy since half-time and open. They gave that ball away cheaply for the goal.

    Rashford was awful for he first 20 mins or so, but has clicked into gear since. United should play that front 3 as often as possible from now on and good things will happen. Albeit plenty to work on

    Whatever the outcome of this match, Ten Hag should be removed if Utd want to progress. And I think it will happen. The Dave fella has form for doing what needs to be done to succeed.

    Onana, Antony, Evans, Hojland, Martinez…so much wasted.

    Bruno booked for dissent again, he really is comical at times.

    Villa might need a few subs to steady the ship.

    Villa have been so poor. Having said that, McGinn should have put them back ahead. Scuffed finish allowed Evans to clear off the line.

    Fernandes could have been sent off for his continued dissent after the initial yellow.

    Dalot was sent off recently for similar.

    In fairness to Bruno he tried to take a quick free that was blocked and should have resulted in a booking. But the ref booked him instead. Poor decision.

    Jeez Villa are having a mare. Even Hojlund can score in this game, his 1st Premier League goal. There's an element of luck to all 3 goals. Gave the ball away for the 1st, a deflected shot for the 2nd, and McGinn who should have scored a leading 3rd goal for Villa, deflects a corner to Hojlund who scores off the post.

    It's good news for Liverpool, Arsenal, Spurs and Man City though.

    Villa have been every bit as bad in this second half as United were in the first. They look absolutely wrecked.
