Have always wanted to learn to play an instrument and now I've decided is the time. Gonna pick up a Ukulele for myself soon and try learn how to play that..

Just wondering if anybody can give me any tips or share their experience or learning how to play the Ukulele? Is it something that you can learn by yourself or would you recommend a couple of lessons?

Played guitar for years beforehand so it sorta came easy but for learning initially I’d join a ukulele group. There are loads (& loads) all over the country, they generally have the music they play printed out in tab on paper or in books, and most accept players of all skill levels. It’d be worth checking out a local group close to where you are based.

That's awesome! Learning the ukulele is a fantastic choice. It's totally doable to start on your own, especially with all the online resources available. Check out some easy songs to learn on the ukulele to kick things off. If you ever feel stuck, lessons can be helpful, but the key is to enjoy the process and have fun strumming
