New circulating pump, rads not getting hot

I replaced a circulating pump (ibo pompa obiegowa ohi 25/60) for a realitive and she reports the rads are not heating. (stove) The pump does fire up when the temp is reached (or I dial the stat down) so it's powered. Is there maybe an airlock in the system? Any other ideas?

Did you bleed all the rads and the system ?
