What kind of Phonewatch system came with my house?

    I bought a house two years ago that came with Phonewatch.

    From what I see I have a panel by the door, three sensors (cameras?) downstairs, a smoke alarm, two of the three entry doors have breakers? on them, a white box on top of the kitchen cupboards and a box on the outside of the house.

    I don't have the alarm set code but do have fobs that were left behind.

    Do I own this equipment? I don't pay anyone.

    Can I use it as an alarm with just the fobs. Would Phonewatch give me the code?

    Can I set it up with an app, not monitored by a call center.

    Is this a decent set up? We want to get some sort of alarm in but don't know where to start.
