    Hi,

We have been advised we may be able to get a mortgage of €320k with repayments of €1595 on a 3 year fixed rate of 4.90% over 35 years. Does this seem like a lot for this size mortgage or would this be normal.

    Thanks.

It's normal based on the interest rate you're being offered.

Have you gone through a broker to find the best deal?

Yeah we've checked with just one broker and this is the best they're coming back with. Thinking about checking some others to see if we're able to get better elsewhere or would you think it would be the same regardless?
