Small metal part needed

Hi, first post here looking for a member with a milling machine who can made a replacement part for an discontinued item. Its a brake disk off a ride on mower. The guy who removed this disk was trying to free up a seized brake caliper so I could use the brake to stop the mower from crashing... Its OD is 50mm (ignore the read out in the pic) I have a CAD file and the damaged part - can anyone on boards.ie make one of these for me? Regards Con

You could check in E. Fox Engineering Catalogue for a motor drive coupling with the same bore and keyway and then machine off the excess material on a lathe . it might be quicker than starting from scratch.

Hi T5180, thanks for the suggestion but I do not have a lathe or the skills to use one - I'm looking to pay a skilled craftworker to make one for me - can pay cash...
