Cattery

A close friend of mine used a cattery in Wicklow last week and their cat died. An awful thing to occur but they subsequently found out the cat had been overdosed multiple times with meds around ten times the prescribed dosage. They have now shut down their social media and are making false five star reviews online. So much for being animal lovers.

I dont know if I am allowed to name the cat hotel in question in Wicklow but I will say this. The neglect and failure to care for this poor cat has amplified the pain its owners are feeling right now, its bad enough to be told your cat had died but to subsequently discover how this happened and for there to be little or no remorse is truly shameful.

How are you supposed to trust cat experts and animal lovers when all they care for is their business. Its been a real eye opener tbh, and to see the way its been handled is even more disgusting.

What could they do in this instance when the cattery are washing their hands of it and silencing criticism and blame?
