Changing address on licence.

Just been told that if you want to change your address on your current driving licence, that you have to submit new application and get a medical done. This is not what the website says so it seems to be wrong information.

Are you sure?
I renewed my bus learner permit (which has a two year validity). I had my doctors cert ready which is required for C and D and he told me it isn’t required as the original medical cert I submitted is valid for 5 years.
