Hi My 18 month old mira vigour has become noisy with low pressure. I checked the filter and brushes everythinfine but I just noticed that the moto r isnt turing and thrte is resistance there when i try to turn it manually. Surely the motor couldn't be gone? As i said earlier it is just 18 months old and isnt used that…
