Cane's tackle was a more clear cut red, but can easily see Kolisi's being upgraded.

I don't believe Kolisi deserves Red. He bent really quite low and the player was falling in order to try and get to ground and recycle.

I'm thinking yellow only.

A terrible second half from Kolisi. Butchered the match winning try and then does the stupidest tackle possible with head on head contact. All SA need to do is keep 15 on the pitch and they'll win.
