GEM Open Days for 2024 courses

    Hello there

    Just wondering if anyone has planned to go to any of the Open days? I am going to the U of Limerick Open day on Saturday week - I really like the feel of that campus and the fact it has a long placement in general practice.

    The RCSI open day is scheduled for January and UCD's is in late November.

    Went to the UL open day yesterday - very impressed. really lovely people - I get the vibe that it is gp-focussed.

    beautiful green campus too.

    UCD GEM open night is tonight fyi, not too late to register

    Very small attendance there last night, the stand out line from one of the presenters was 'this is turning into a course for the wealthy'.


    there could be a large drop in points required this year.
