FS: Ultegra Di2 R8050 rim groupset + some other bits

How much for the shifters,front and rear derailleur plus cables and battery. I don’t need crankset or brakes if you’re willing to split. No problem if you don’t.

Brakes look like direct mount as opposed to single bolt. Please confirm.

Best I can do is 420 but I will travel and collect etc. Make it as handy and painless as possible.
