Grant for tank within an existing shed

Apologies if this has been asked before but I can’t find it. Basically I’m eligible for the 60% YF grant for another 3 years. I have an existing large unused barn and lean-to which are in very good condition. Does anyone here know if I could get the 60% grant to put a tank and slats etc. into the hay barn or would I need…

I think before it was allowed only if the shed was to grant specifications already.
Do not know what the rules are now.
