Absolutely scandalous goal for Ake. It's just pure make believe at this stage, the referees can literally do what they want each week to decide who wins games. As if this lot actually need any more help to win games ffs.

I don't blame Silva going mental. I'd like to see him go further, and threaten to take the players off the pitch after a decision like that. I'm guessing there will be plenty of apologies from PGMOL post match though so that should square it all away.

It's time teams make a stand and walk off this is blatant

    What a terrible decision.

The thing is, Marco Silva is going to go mad about the decision and give out about the referee. And deservedly so. And then he will get a big fine or a ban.

Marco Silva is going to go absolutely postal one of these weeks.

Wow, just saw it. Even worse than the Rashford one at United last season. How can the PGMOL have such difficulty with such easy decisions. Seems to be worse than ever this year so far, joke

There will be an Untold Netflix documentary in years time regarding match fixing referees and VAR

I would highly doubt they are match-fixing, I think they are just so inept from top to bottom

Shame theres no Mitro anymore to try and fight the ref.

I'm surprised how awful Burnley have been after how good they were last year.

The silly huge downgrade in goalkeeper certainly isn't helping.

How so? I thought it was based on how it impacts the goalkeeper. Ederson clearly set himself in that scenario thinking Rashford might shoot and he charged towards the ball. Today, Leno clearly delays his dive because he thinks Akanji might divert it

Chelsea with all that money spent can barely get a shot on target against Forest. They’ve been dreadful

This Jackson lad is diving all over the shop here!

Regarding the Ake one, are the keepers told to dive for the ball and if the offending player is offside and touches it, it’ll be picked up by VAR? And if the attacker doesn’t touch the ball or actively go for it then they are considered not active? I remember when I used to know the offside rule…

It all started with the Edwards brothers traipsing the backstreets of Stretford and Salford buying up Manchester United shares in ones and twos from fans.

It might look bad for Chelsea but they have amortised goals conceded over 8 years so they are actually top.

Were they not reported for literally destabilising a player at the club? That doesn't seem all above board really does it?

Whiter than white doesn't exist in football I'm afraid but not everything is a conspiracy either.

Apparently they've bought more players in just the summer window gone, than games they've won under Boehly's ownership.

Fantastic football from Brighton today, a joy to watch.

Newcastle been found out big time, they can't even get out of their own half most of the time.

Howe is to Newcastle what Mark Hughes was to City.

Big name manager incoming, sooner or later.

Dont think there's any supporter thats not a Brighton 1 that dislikes the club. There some setup, pretty admirable.
