    Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a wiring diagram for the fuse box of a 1992 same explorer 90 turbo tractor please and thank you.

I purchased the manual online but its not specific to the year or model and I have completed nearly everything bar the fuse box in the cab. A previous owner at some point mixed up some of the circuits as discovered when it was to late.

I photographed everything before I dismantled it. When I was reassembling the unit according to the photos I discovered that wipers were mixed with lights etc and the reason why nothing was working as it should have.

Would greatly appreciate any help as I would love to complete the part restoration

    Many thanks

    Thank you funked monkey

It's just the fuse box that has me bet

The rest of the wiring is original and in good shape.

Like I said a previous owner mixed up the wires and some of them instead of running them through the fuse box and I am absolutely spending hours every night testing and trying different combination to figure out which wire does what.

    Appreciate the info

Unfortunately not and I tried john conahy part sales today who said I may look for a second hand one somewhere

The glass cover only tells you the instruments but not the wire colours

The wires labeled in the picture are the ones I figured out by connecting the live wire one at a time and trying the different functions like wipers lights etc

Not for long enough to store any relevant information unfortunately.

That an website of an Itilian man who produces complete looms and instructions for most Itilian produced tractors at small money.

    I've found his stuff excellent

    Hi

I managed to get the fusebox all rewired and everything functioning.

    Thanks again for the help.

I need to change the flasher unit for the indicator lights but can't find it. I figured it was in the dash but couldn't find it.

It doesn't seem to be on the engine side of the bulkhead either.

Would you have any idea where it might be please and thank you

    Yes

The photos helped me a lot thanks.

With the photos and the wiring diagram I was able to make sense of the different colour codes and guages.

I really appreciate what you have done

    Thank you

    Legend.

I was looking for a 3 pin connector as I was sure it would be 3 pin as standard.

I came across that 6 pin connector and dismissed it based on my 3 pin theory.

I ordered a 3 pin flasher unit so I may go shopping again tomorrow.

The connector is there but the unit is missing.

    I can't thank you enough

Will send pics in the next few days.

I have the engine running very well and most of the functions working like new.

It's back together now as I will not be doing the body work until after Xmas and I need to use through the winter to feed cattle.

    A quickie loader.

I purchased the tractor with the loader already fitted.

Only a small number 12 dexter heifers, 10 in calf to feed out over winter so all will be perfectly adequate .

Registered organic farm. So no heavy machinery as we move the herd every day to stop them from tearing up the ground.

I work as a contract manager in construction and my wife also works full time

tractor is ideal as it barely marks the ground and yet still has enough guts to do what's needed.

I put new belt on it last week when I had the front of it opened up.

    Hello,

Can somebody explain what are the fuses from service stop on? I do not understand meanings if them. Specially service stop, play button, 25A and 40A fuse?

    Thank you!

That's as far as I go with the restoration this year. She is all back together and ready for winter feeding. Have everything bar indicators working which I will tackle over the Christmas break.

Wire mixed up in the dash I think.

Do all the panels and respray next summer I hope.

Thanks for the very helpful and valued information you gave me @funky monkey.

Steel is bad in places. Especially the bottom of the doors and the back mudguards. I should be able to patch thought.
