A Triton Novel SR silent shower would be the best shower but as far as direct replacements are concerned then A Mira Vigour Thermostatic is the best option. You can also get this model in a dual head if you prefer. I'd stay away from another Event as these are very overpriced & aren't much different to the Vigour

Thanks Sleeper12. I will remove the old Event tomorrow and have a look at the pipework. It is a block wall. My only concern is the hot and cold might be on different sides in the Triton Novel and I may not be able to switch them around. Thanks for your reply.
