I don't understand this point. Wikipedia says the US has extradition treaties with 116 countries, including Ireland.

Seems to be mainly a scattering of Eastern dictatorships who lack extradition treaties with the US.

I agree with full human rights for prisoners.

During the first lockdown I pointed out that prisoners rights' groups in the US are opposed to 23 hour a day lockdowns which are inhumane.

Given there is more covid hysteria being whipped up I hope Irish people will not, once again, be subjected to this.
