    This is not about losing the beer gut, but a confession.

    I'm now 40, and have a 10 and 8 year old child.

    Can probably count the number of proper nights out I've had in the last ten years on two hands.

    I've just had three bottles of Journeyman IPA, and I'm definitely drunk.

    Not sloppy, messy drunk, but embarrassingly drunk compared to my 20's.

    My name is chopperbyrne, and I'm a lightweight.
