    If the money paid in is less than the min wage, then it'll continue to be free. You're only allowed to have one if you don't have any other bank account.

    Well unless you have been refused basic banking services by the other banks you don't qualify for such an account...

    Customers must not already hold a personal payment account or current account with any bank in the Republic of Ireland (you will be asked to sign a declaration provided by us to confirm this)

    I can only recall one person qualifying for it on here over a year ago now.

    I have the AIB basic account as I get the odd cheque and sometimes cash which I want to lodge. Main account is BUNQ, also have revolut for currency payments.

    It took a few minutes to open it on the app
