Garage Flooring - Tuff Tiles

Hi, I have an 8x5m insulated steel garage with a concrete floor. The floor was laid 7 or 8 months ago but there is always some dust from the bare floor. I was planning to paint it but I am now considering a solution like Tuff Tiles. They advertise a lot on Facebook, DoneDeal and Adverts.

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these tiles, good or bad?

Did you seal the floor before laying the tiles?

I am in a similar position to yourself. I have a 7 x 5m steel shed that was installed this year and the concrete dust was so annoying I had to paint it sooner rather than later. That has made a huge improvement and the floor is much easier to keep clean and I am no longer dragging dust into the house. I looked into Epoxy but did not fancy the prep required beforehand for now.

The one issue I do have is that the paint is not very hard wearing and can chip easily if anything is dropped on it so I am looking for a rubber mat or tile system. I looked at the Tuff tiles but dont like the ridges which look like they could collect dust and liquids and look hard to clean. I have not come across a usable solution for now that does not cost a fortune.

I've seen these used as a sort of footpath, they might do the trick? but a bit pricey - between 36 and 44 euros per square meter.

alternatively, you could get gym matting, this is the cheapest ive seen it, 23 euros per square meter.
