New Tesco Mobile SIM & number

Hi Asking on behalf of an existing Tesco Mobile customer who recently got a new Tesco Mobile phone and new SIM card with new SIM & phone number. There was some credit left on the old SIM. Is it possible at all to transfer the existing call credit from the old sim to the new sim?

Somehow i think that non of ISP's would transfer credits, am i wrong...

You are eligable to get your credit back from the old sim card under EU regulations. Contact Tesco Mobile Customer Service.
