Hi, anyone applying for this? I did, have no HR qualifications but would really love the job

They updated the requirements, that now desirable but not a requirement.

I applied also and have heard nothing back yet either. It will be three weeks on Tuesday so hopefully we will hear back soon. I'm thinking it could be delayed as there was a week added onto the original application deadline. Good to have this thread to keep updated. Good luck.

Just got a message on Publicjobs saying that they are shortlisting atm and we'll be contacted when they're done.

No real info.

No, it's moving very slowly. I imagine they received a lot of calls today and sent that message out to stem the tide. I would hope shortlisting has been ongoing a while

Hopefully we will know on the coming week or two. Great to have an update. I presume it will be an interview and presentation if successful following shortlisting.

I was chatting to someone who applied for a role in June and he was only informed last week (two weeks notice for interview) so I am assuming there is a backlog, possibly because of summer etc. At this stage, I'm hoping it will be another few weeks as I've a lot of work events that have been planned with months!! Let's keep each other posted!

Got an email today. I wasn't successful. They are interviewing the top 49 candidates. I came 141! I think my application skills need some work!

Sorry to hear you were unsuccessful. I was placed in group 2 (reserve panel) so not sure how this works. I would assume it could be months before you would be called, if ever, depending on requirements. Best wishes to everyone placed in group 1.

I believe they will call the reserve panel when, and if, vacancies arise. I may be called in 6 months or never called! Who knows! Not sure how it will work but I think the application said the panel is open until 2025. Not sure if anyone here got placed in group 1?
