Large over ear earphone?

Hi. My elderly Dad always uses a one ear earphone that clips over the ear with a 3.5mm Jack and long cable for watching TV. I usually source them online for him but he is asking me if I can get one for a larger ear. Soundlab has one as described but it was a false description as turned out to be the smallest he has had.…

The clips can be bent to shape the ear. One caveat is the clips connection to the earpiece is detectable and can fall of if yanked too hard.
