Delayed delivery

We ordered a keter shed and got e mail to say it would be delivered today 21st June I cancelled appointment so we could be home .then I got an e mail to say it would be delivered on the 28th .I expected better communication from them I don't have phone number for them to ring and see why this happened . Who did you order from? did you order from them directly or via another company?
