If it's "God Save the Queen" he said the same thing in 2017, as he did now in 2023, so that doesn't evidence a 'decline' at all, but cognitive stability.

I am not arguing that Trump is as sharp as a tack. I am of the opinion that it is obvious that Biden is physically and mentally weak. He is 80 now, already the oldest ever president and will be in his mid eighties by the end of his second term if elected. Maybe it is fitting to have an aging president preside over general US decline, like the series of aging communist leaders in the USSR before its eventual collapse.

To be honest, they’ve about as much chance of enforcing gun control in the US as they have of saving the queen. An impossible task. Biden isn’t the greatest, but neither is Trump, and their mess of an electoral system is not helping to bring in better candidates for the next election.
