Fancy milk for cheese making

    I'm looking for non-homogenised pasteurised milk because most mozzarella recipes on YouTube say it's much better than the homogenised kind.

    Couldn't find it in Dunnes, they only seem to have homogenised milk. Same in Open Sesame and my local fruits and veg shop. I could find raw milk but I'd like pasteurised milk, not raw.

    Any idea where I could look for this? Preferably near Ennis but I can drive.
