    Hi,

we have a new HKC system installed and all is fine but the notifications are a bit loud (system arming etc),

is there a menu code to lower the volume?

Same here. When setting the alarm at night, I cover the speaker with my hand so the notification doesn't wake the children... "SYSTEM ARMING!"

    It can be annoying.
It's set in Engineer menu >Devices Menu >Keypad options.

Hi 👋🏻 how do you find the engineer menu please? TIA

Engineer menu is found by entering the engineer code.

Default on the HKC is 4567.

If this has been changed then the system will not enter engineer mode.
