Any advice on company share disposal

Hi Currently own 7% of my employers shares. I have an executive pension plan I aim to retire in the coming 24 months Can my employer purchase back the shares and make a pension contribution to the value of the shares. The €2m pension threshold would not be troubled. what do I need to consider.? Thanks
