Boot with a password hack disk, reset the local administrator password. Log on and install away!

These disks are reasonably easy to find if you're prepared to look! Most of them boot in to some form if Linux and can interogate the required files!

try installing it into c:\limewire\

you only need the admin password to write to the program files or windows folder
