Mortgage Rate Increase

    Bank of Ireland confirmed they would release funds on Friday before the mortgage rates went up, but funds were not released until this morning (Monday) and said we are now subject to the higher interest rate and the only thing we can do is appeal. How is this allowed and what are my options?
