How to remove this dry wall anchor

Wasnt one i put in and the wife wants to hang something else in a different way so this needs to come out and get filled. I tried leaving the screw in a little and pulling but didnt budge, maybe thats the only way and it just needs more force but wanted to ask before i gave myself a bigger hole to fill!

Looks like the one in the top right corner, so you just need to unscrew it.
