Hkc issue

    Hey 

    so I have an hkc alarm and the exterior bell stopped working, 

    there is no interior bell

    i didn’t use the alarm for a while and kind of forgot about it, i since had a look at it and I got a panel fault for battery

    i replaced the battery and then had a out side tamper fault for bell box and and shed door, this turned out to be a few damaged wires(dog) I had an electrical guy come out and repair these 

    no faults on panel but still no bell box alarm, 

    if it was a new bell box would I have any faults ?
