Parcel Motel

    IDK if this is the right category or section for this post but I need a little help. I never received an email telling me that parcel motel was shutting down so I (foolishly) got a package delivered to parcel motel in March. I emailed the support email for them and then about 3 weeks later they got back to me with a very general response talking about refunding money on my account and nothing to do with the query I sent. It was from a UPS email address so I decided to call UPS customer service and they have now said they aren't connected to ParcelMotel. I'm assuming at this point my parcel is a lost cause but I'm wondering if there's anything else I can do?


    I don't have a tracking number for it or anything so I can't check where it ended up.
